72 Ritz crackers 1 stick butter 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream 1 1/4 c. milk 2 pkgs. (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding Cool Whip Crush Ritz crackers. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan with melted butter. (Save some crumbs to sprinkle on top of finished dessert.) In separate bowl, blend 1/2 gallon soft vanilla ice cream, 1 1/4 cups milk and 2 packages pudding. Mix and pour over crust. Spread Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate. |
