RITZ DESSERT 
6 oz. Ritz crackers
2 c. soft vanilla ice cream or chocolate
1/2 stick melted butter
1 sm. box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip
2 tsp. sugar

Crush Ritz crackers, add sugar and butter. Mix well. Reserve 1/4 cup Ritz mixture for topping. Line 8x8x2 inch glass pan with mixture.

Mix pudding with 1 cup milk until thick. Blend in 2 cups softened ice cream. Pour over Ritz crackers mixture, top with Cool Whip, sprinkle 1/4 cup reserved cracker mixture on top. Freeze. Set out 8-10 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.
