36 Ritz crackers, crushed 1/2 c. butter Mix and pat in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. 2 pkg. coconut instant pudding Beat until thick. Mix with pudding and put on crust. Spread 1 large carton of Cool Whip over mixture. Crush 24 Ritz crackers over top. Refrigerate. | |
