1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. Fleishmann regular dry yeast
3 c. whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. dry milk powder
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
5 tbsp. honey
1 lg. egg
9 1/2 oz. water about 130 degrees

The "Welbilt" bread machine on sweet bread cycle. Again add ingredients in order listed. The critical ingredient again is the amount of water after a couple of tries you'll find the right amount.

You may have to cut back on yeast to about 1 teaspoon depending on weather and time of year.
