SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. fine dried bread crumbs
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. paprika
2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream

Mix first 8 ingredients. Shape into small balls and brown in 1/4 cup hot fat. Combine last 6 ingredients well. Pour this gravy over meatballs in large saucepan. Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes at a slow boil.
