CRAB CAKES 
2 slices bread
1 lb. crab meat
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Old Bay
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Break bread in small pieces and moisten with milk. Combine with remaining ingredients. Shape into patties. Fry quickly in 3 or 4 tablespoons hot oil until brown. Makes 4 to 6 crab cakes.
