BEEF SUPREME CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground chuck
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
2 1/2 c. noodles, cooked
6 slices American cheese
1 can tomato soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In large skillet, brown ground chuck and onion soup mix. Drain excess fat. Stir in peas, noodles and mushroom soup diluted with milk. Spread in baking dish. Lay cheese slices on top. Pour tomato soup over cheese. Mix melted butter and cracker crumbs together; sprinkle on top of tomato soup, then sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
