POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 or 9 potatoes, cooked in skins, cut in small cubes
1 c. grated longhorn or sharp cheese
1/3 c. grated onion or 1 tbsp. onion flakes
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 to 1 pt. sour cream

Mix together. Put in buttered casserole (2 quart size). Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Do not cover.
