HAMBURGER SALAMI 
10 lbs. hamburger
10 tsp. tender quick salt
5 tsp. mustard seed
7 tsp. peppercorns
7 tsp. garlic salt
4 tsp. smoke salt
7 tsp. seasoning salt

Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate for 3 days, mixing well every day. On 4th day shape into long rolls. Place in greased pan. Bake 8 hours in 160 degree oven. Cool and wrap in foil. Keep refrigerated.
