HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. sliced diagonally celery
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can #303 Chinese noodles
1/4 c. sliced almonds
1 sm. can water chestnuts

Brown hamburger Don't Salt. Drain fat, put into flat casserole 9 x 13, add layer of celery, layer of peas. Make sauce by mixing onion, mushroom soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Pour over peas and meat and top with nooodles and sliced almonds. Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. (Add can of sliced water chestnuts if so desired when mixing sauce.)
