HEAVENLY PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pistachio nuts
1 c. club soda
1 c. oil
5 eggs
1 box instant pistachio pudding
3 tbsp. pistachio liqueur (optional)

Blend 3 minutes - batter will be thick. Bake at 350 degrees in a bundt pan or layer for 35 to 40 minutes - check closely.

FILLING:

2 boxes pistachio instant pudding
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 pt. heavy cream
4 tbsp. pistachio liqueur

Make ahead; keep in refrigerator.

Before mixing Filling, keep bowl and beaters in freezer! If you use layers, frost in between and on top. If you use bundt, split in 2 layers. Very carefully frost in between and put remaining frosting in the middle. Usually decorate top with pistachio nuts or walnuts.
