2 sticks butter
4 tsp. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. When baked, cover with miniature marshmallows and let melt. Ice cake while cake is still warm.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
4 tbsp. milk

Mix together and pour over warm cake.
