1 or 2 angel food block cakes
2 c. fresh strawberries
1 c. raspberries (optional)
1 qt. heavy whip cream
4 drops food coloring (optional)

Slice angel food cake into layers; spread cream on one layer of cake, spread berries onto cream, cover fruit with cream. Add other layer of cake, cream, alternating fruit, etc. continuing through the seventh layer. Spread remaining cream onto outside of cake. Put whole berries on top. Place in freezer for 1 hour before serving.
