SAUCY PENNE AND THREE CHEESE
BAKE
 
1/2 pkg. penne pasta
1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 jar (26 oz.) Classico Spicy Tomato & Pesto Pasta Sauce
15 oz. ricotta cheese
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a saucepan, over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Pour off fat. Add pasta sauce. In medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and egg. in a lightly greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish, layer penne, sauce mixture, and cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining Mozzarella cheese over top and bake 35-40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

Makes 4-6 servings.
