PARTY PEACH SLAW 
8 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
1 (29 oz.) can peach slices, drained
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. celery seeds

Combine cabbage, peaches and onions in a large bowl (cover and chill).

Combine sugar, mustard and salt in a small bowl. Add 1/4 cup oil, beat with electric mixer at medium speed until blended. Add vinegar alternately with remaining 1/4 cup oil, beat well. Stir in parsley and celery seed. Chill 1 hour. Pour this dressing over cabbage mixture. Toss gently.
