CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
10 chicken breasts
2 sticks butter
1 bunch green onions
2 (1 lb.) cartons sour cream
2 tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. mushrooms
7 cans cream of chicken soup
2 sm. jars pimentos
Parmesan cheese

Cook chicken breasts. Remove meat from skin and bones and set aside. Cook spaghetti, broken in pieces. Saute mushrooms and chopped green onions in butter. Blend soup, sour cream, seasoning and pimentos in large bowl. Stir in mushrooms, green onion, spaghetti and chicken pieces. Put in large greased baking dish(es). Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.
