CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
3 or more c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 pt. French onion dip
7 oz. thin spaghetti, cooked
3/4 c. white wine (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle heavily with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.

This is a terrific recipe. The white wine, while optional, definitely adds a great flavor to this dish. Not low calorie, but certainly delicious and with a side salad it serves a group.
