MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed fine
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar
1 med. size container Cool Whip
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can mandarin oranges, cut and drained
1 sm. can frozen orange juice (do not thaw)

Mix together butter and Ritz cracker crumbs. Place into bottom of 13x9 pan; to not pat down too hard (save out about 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top). Mix remaining ingredients together. Pour on top of cracker crumb mixture. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Chill 1 hour.
