ORANGE GLAZED CARROT STICKS 
8 carrots
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. fresh orange juice
1/2 tbsp. salt

Pare carrots, cut into sticks lengthwise. In large skillet cook carrots until tender. Remove carrots from skillet. Heat butter in skillet. Cook onions until tender. Stir in brown sugar and orange juice. Simmer 5 minutes. add carrots. Sprinkle in salt. Spoon sauce over carrots until glazed. 4 to 6 servings.
