CHINESE STYLED FISH | |
4 salmon fillets (I use basa, a catfish) MARINADE: 1/6 cup olive oil or vegetable oil 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. honey (optional) 1/2 tsp. brown sugar (optional) 1 stock green onion, chopped 1/2 tsp. ground ginger pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) 2 cloves garlic, minced Mix the marinade. You can add the sugar and honey if you would like to give it a little zest of sweetness. The same goes for pepper flakes. Put the fish in the marinade. Keep in the refrigerator for a half hour. Heat a pan. Put in the fish with the marinade. Cook the fish till it gets flaky from the corners. Submitted by: Gouri |
