2 lbs. frozen hash browns 1/2 c. chopped green onions Green chilies, chopped to taste 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. black or lemon pepper Mix all together and put in a 9"x13" pan. Mix 1/2 cup melted butter and 2 cups corn flakes and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. |
