TEXAS POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 pt. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
10 oz. grated sharp Cheddar

Mix well and put in 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with 2 cups corn flakes tossed with 1/4 cup melted buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
