TEXAS POTATO CASSEROLE | |
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can mushroom soup 1 pt. sour cream 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese Dash Tabasco TOPPING: 1 c. crushed corn flakes 1/8 c. butter, melted Combine all ingredients except topping. Pour into 9"x12" baking dish. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. |
