SEAFOOD FETTUCINI 
6 oz. fresh fettucini
1/4 c. butter
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 c. half & half
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. imitation crab
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 sm. bag thawed frozen shrimp
1 c. broccoli, carrots

Heat butter and garlic until slightly browned. Add half & half, crab, shrimp and pepper, heat for 3-5 minutes. Cook up carrots and broccoli until almost tender. Add vegetables and Parmesan cheese to cream mix. Cool. Stir for 1 minute. Pour over cooked and drained fettucini. Serves 4.
