SPRING PAN SALAD 
I learned this recipe for my German class several years ago and they loved it! I hope your friends and family will too. I have shared this recipe with all of my friends, feel free to share with your loved ones.

1 (12 oz.) pkg. Dutch egg noodles
1 (12 oz.) bag fresh salad mix (your choice; I use spring mix)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (or to taste)

Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and cool.

In a large bowl mix salad, noodles and olive oil and top with cheese.

Enjoy!
