SWEET POTATO CRUNCH 
3 lg. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. milk
3/4 stick butter
1/3 c. white sugar
2 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

3/4 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. corn flakes
1/2 c. nuts

Blend ingredients and bake 20 minutes at 350. Then add topping and bake 20 minutes more uncovered at 350 degrees.
