PECAN CRUNCH 
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 (No. 3) can sweet potatoes
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 sm. canned milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and place in large enough service dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. pecans, broken up

Mix these well and put on the top of the sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour covered or until light brown.
