PECAN OR WALNUT CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crushed potato chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
2 c. sifted flour

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Add crushed potato chips and nuts. Stir in flour. Form into small balls using about 1 teaspoon dough for each cookie. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press cookies flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 10 minutes or lightly brown. Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
