HONEY CRUNCH COOKIES 
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. honey
2 eggs
1 c. butterscotch bits
4 c. Rice Krispies cereal

Sift together first 3 ingredients; set aside. In large mixing bowl, cream butter. Add honey a little at a time. Mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each one. Gradually add dry ingredients, mix until moistened. Fold in chops and cereal. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until golden brown. Place cookies on rack to cool. Makes about 5 dozen.
