SWEET POTATO CRUNCH | |
6 c. sweet potatoes, mashed canned may be used 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. salt 4 eggs, beaten 1 stick butter, melted 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Combine all ingredients. Cook at 350 degrees for 35 minutes with topping (9 x 13 inch pan). TOPPING: 2 c. brown sugar 2/3 c. flour 2 c. nuts 2/3 stick butter Mix this all together and sprinkle over potatoes before baking. |
