CAULIFLOWER MAYONNAISE 
1 med. cauliflower
1/2 c. French dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

Trim the cauliflower and separate it into flowerets. Wash and drain. Cook in 1-2 inches boiling, salted water for 5 minutes or until barely tender. Drain.

While still warm, place in a serving dish and toss carefully with the French dressing. Cool.

Stir the mustard into the mayonnaise. Coat the cauliflower thinly with the mayonnaise. Yield: 4 servings.
