MUSHROOM FRIED RICE 
1 c. rice, cooked and cooled
1 onion
1 c. mushrooms (fresh)
1 c. celery
1 green pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 c. soy sauce
1 egg

Dice vegetables. Grease frying pan and add egg, beat quickly. Add sugar, mushrooms, celery, onions, green pepper and Accent. Cook a few minutes. Add rice and soya sauce. Stir until brown.
