VEGGIE FRITTATA 
3 garlic cloves
2 c. mushrooms
1 lg. onion
2 squash
2 zucchini
2 lg. tomatoes
1/2 green pepper
2 c. cauliflower
2 c. broccoli
2 tbsp. olive oil
3 dashes hot sauce (Tabasco)
8 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of dill weed

Saute onions, green pepper, garlic. Then add vegetables in cooking order: cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini and squash. Add salt, pepper, Tabasco and dill.

Beat eggs. Add pinch each of salt and pepper and milk. Pour over vegetables. Cover, cook over low heat until eggs set. Cook to taste.
