CRAB SHRIMP MEDLEY 
1 lb. snow crab, cooked and chopped
1 lb. med. size shrimp, cooked and chopped
Paprika
5 scallion onions, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 fresh lemon, cut in wedges

Place crab and shrimp in oblong baking dish, sprinkle with paprika, set aside. Melt butter in skillet and add onion, parsley, garlic cloves, and garlic powder, saute until tender. Pour over crab and shrimp, mix lightly to make sure all of butter sauce cover seafood. Place lemon wedges on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until heated through. Serve with rice or noodles.
