CRAB STUFFED SNOWPEAS | |
30 to 36 very fresh snow peas 3 (1 1/2 oz.) can crab meat 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. chili sauce Dash Tabasco sauce Salt and pepper to taste Steam peas in their pods for 30 seconds to one minute. Pods should be bright green and crunchy. Drain in cold water. Drain and flake crab meat with fork. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Carefully open pods and stuff with crab mixture. Chill until serving time. |
