NEW ENGLAND FLOUNDER STUFFED
WITH CRAB
 
4 lg. flounder fillets
Salt and pepper
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen King crab, thawed, drained and shredded
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can frozen peas

Sprinkle 4 large flounder fillets with salt and pepper and top with 1 package (6 ounce) frozen King crab, thawed, drained and shredded. Roll up like jelly roll and place into greased 1 1/2 quart oblong Pyrex casserole. Mix 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup and 1 cup frozen peas. Pour over fish rolls, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until fish flakes. Serves 4.
