STUFFED FLOUNDER 
1 lb. flounder fillets
1/2 lb. crab meat
1 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. onion, diced
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients together except flounder fillets. Put a good size helping of mixture on each fillet. Roll and place in pan with edges down. Put several pats of butter on top of fish. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
