STIR FRY SPROUTS AND PEPPERS 
3 tbsp. peanut oil
2 green peppers, sliced
1 lb. bean sprouts
3 onions, sliced
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Heat 2 tablespoons oil until smoking hot. Stir fry green pepper 2 minutes. Remove from wok. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add sprouts, onions and soy sauce.
