CORN BREAD 
2 c. White Lily buttermilk cornmeal mix
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. cooking oil

Preheat oven at 500 degrees. Grease small iron skillet with Crisco shortening. Mix all ingredients well. Add small amount of water, if more moisture is needed. Pour into skillet and bake until golden brown.
