PEACH PIE 
5 or 6 fresh peaches
Pie crust for 2 pies or graham cracker crumbs for 9 x 13 inch pan
2 pkgs. lite cream cheese
1 lg. (lite) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
Peach glaze (strawberries can be substituted or any fresh fruit)

Either bake the two pie crusts or fix graham cracker crust in the pan. Then whip cream cheese, vanilla and whipped cream together. Place some of the sliced peaches on the crusts then pour cheese mixture on top of them. Pour the glaze on cheese mixture then arrange peach slices on top.
