PEACH JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. peach Jello, dissolved in 2 c. boiling water
1 can peach pie filling
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple juice

Add peach pie filling to dissolved Jello. Add pineapple and juice; mix well and let set until firm.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
3/4 c. white sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Blend ingredients until smooth. Add 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip and mix until smooth. Spread on Jello, sprinkle with nuts.
