CONGEALED PEACH SALAD 
3 pkgs. peach Jello (3 oz. size)
1/3 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
2 1/3 c. cold liquid
Lg. can peaches, sliced
3 1/3 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello and sugar in boiling water. Drain peaches, measuring the syrup. Add water to syrup making 2 1/3 cups and add to gelatin. Add peaches to dissolved gelatin. Chill until it begins to thicken. Fold in Cool Whip until creamy. Pour into an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 1 3/4 inch Pyrex dish. Chill for several hours. Cut in squares to serve.

May alter by using lime Jello, small can crushed pineapple, and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional).
