CONGEALED PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; chill 1 hour before serving. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

Delicious -just like I remember my mother-in-law's version except that she used sliced almonds in hers [I used chopped pistachios in mine, but it didn't seem to affect the flavor either way]. We did notice that it started getting runny after a couple of days. It still tasted great, but lost some of its fluffy texture.
