APPLE PIE 
4 or 5 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. apple pie mix spice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 stick butter, melt and put in bottom of pie crust

Sift spices, flour and sugar and mix well with apples.

If using a 10 inch pie pan you will need 5 cups of apples.

Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until done.

PIE CRUST FOR TOP AND BOTTOM:

3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 tsp. salt
12 tbsp. ice water

Cut Crisco into flour until like coarse meal. Add water. Divide and roll out. Pierce the top with fork.
