FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Cut up pieces of apple, pear, grapes, strawberries, banana or whatever

May use some canned fruit as well but drain off juice.

Cook juice, sugar, cornstarch and butter until thick. Then add lemon juice. Pour over fruit a little at a time until sauce and fruit are the right mixture for you. Serve hot or cold.
