POTLUCK MACARONI SALAD 
4 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods)
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 cup green onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup carrots, chopped
2 cups diced ham

Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Rinse with cold water and drain.

In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir in onion, celery, bell pepper, carrot, diced ham and macaroni. Mix well.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serves 10 to 12.
