KEY LIME CHEESECAKE | |
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. key lime juice 1 tsp. vanilla In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Stir in key lime juice and vanilla. Pour into crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. May be topped with favorite fresh fruit or canned pie filling. |
