ANDREW'S TURKEY TACOS 
1 lb. ground turkey
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. instant minced onions
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
10 taco shells
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Cheddar cheese
1 jar picante sauce (optional)
Sour cream (optional)

Fry ground turkey over medium heat until brown. Pour off excess fat. Stir in canned tomato sauce, onions, garlic salt, chili pepper. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes. While sauce is simmering, heat shells on baking sheet in a preheated 350 degree oven for 5 minutes.

Prepare Topping: Shred lettuce (about 1 1/2 cups), chop tomatoes (about 1 cup), shred Cheddar cheese (to fill 2/3 cups). Provide picante sauce and sour cream if you like. Let everyone choose their own toppings.
