BURRITO CASSEROLE 
1 (+) lb. hamburger
Green pepper (opt.)
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
1 onion, diced
1 jar salsa (mild or hot)
1 lg. pkg. grated cheddar cheese

Brown the hamburger and add the onion and green pepper; strain. Add one jar mild or hot salsa. Mix together and keep warm.

Put 2 packages of crescent rolls on the bottom of a greased 9"x13" pan laying them in squares so the bottom of the pan is covered. Bake at 375 degrees until brown. Put the hamburger mixture over the top of the crust and cover with grated cheddar cheese. Hot peppers and salsa are good served with the dish.
