BAKED LASAGNA | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 tsp. salad oil 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 c. onion, minced 3 cans tomato sauce 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 pt. cottage cheese 1 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 or 2 tbsp. flour Cook meat, garlic, and onion in salad oil. Mix 1/4 can tomato sauce with flour. Add to meat with remaining tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano and simmer 10-15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Layer noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 Mozzarella. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
